Religious Visa

RELIGIOUS GREEN CARDS ARE MUSIC TO THEIR EARS!    Rey and Maria are music ministers who surrendered their fate to God as they heeded His call.  Their life in the Ministry brought them numerous opportunities, one of which was the chance to come over to the US under a Religious Worker’s visa to sing and dedicate their lives to the Church.

Of course, with faith comes the surrender of their fate to God’s plans for them and their family.  Rey and Maria were faced with trials and obstacles along the way – but they held on to their faith, despite the sufferings.  During their stay in the US, both their green card petitions were denied, and the turn of events proved very difficult because they could not return to the Philippines, even when Rey’s father passed.  These were the crosses the couple had to bear.  But they continued to trust in God’s plan for them. They consulted several lawyers and spent a good amount of money before catching a glimmer of hope watching Citizen Pinoy on TFC.  Their prayers were answered. After they retained Atty. Michael J. Gurfinkel, he worked diligently on the couple’s papers, resulting in a reversal of the denials and much coveted approvals.
