Bryan Dale Navarro

Bryan Dale Navarro has been employed at the Law Offices of Michael J. Gurfinkel, Inc. since 2013. He is admitted to the State Bar of California and is authorized to practice immigration law throughout the entire US.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School.  He is fluent in Tagalog.


Attorney Navarro handles, among other things,  waivers of grounds of inadmissibility (fraud, 3/10-year bar), removal/deportation cases, adjustment of status applications, family-based petitions, naturalization, motions,  appeals, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), and humanitarian reinstatement requests.  


During law school, Attorney Navarro did an externship at the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) Immigration Legal Assistance Project helping low-income individuals apply for permanent residency, citizenship, and employment authorization documents.  He also participated in the immigration law clinic at Southwestern Law School where he assisted victims of crimes in U visa cases and children in Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) cases.
