John Lemacks is an associate attorney with the immigration law firm of Law Offices of Michael J. Gurfinkel, Inc.
He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Chico, in 1998 and received his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in 2001. While in law school, John specialized and focused his concentration on Immigration Law and International Law. He is fluent in Spanish.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Michael J. Gurfinkel, Inc., John worked for two prominent Los Angeles immigration law firms. John has focused his practice in immigration law throughout his career and has represented hundreds of clients before the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of State (DOS) and the Department of Labor (DOL).
Atty. Lemacks is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
