Regina Gabuyo

Maria Regina Violeta Gabuyo is admitted to the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice immigration law across the United States. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Santo Tomas and her Bachelor of Laws from the University of the East in the Philippines. She is also admitted to the practice of law in the Philippines.


Atty. Gabuyo’s concentration of practice are family-based petitions, adjustment of status applications, naturalization, waivers (fraud, 3/10-year bar, I-751, J-1, Adam Walsh, I-212, provisional waivers), removal/deportation cases, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), and humanitarian reinstatement requests and/or parole.


While in the Philippines, Atty. Gabuyo served as an attorney for both government and private agencies, focusing on appellate law practice, litigation, contracts, and real estate, and was a professor in business law for two universities.


Atty. Gabuyo is fluent in English and Tagalog.
