AND DAUGHTER REUNITED

Sicat's youngest daughter, Janet, would be turning 21 in just
two months. Knowing that processing time in the Embassy normally
takes about eight months or more, Mrs. Sicat sought the help of
Atty. Gurfinkel, who is known for his successes in cases involving
youngsters turning 21. Janet got her green card in less than two
months, and arrived in the U.S. just five days before her 21st
birthday, ending seven years of separation between mother and
daughter.
