GREEN CARD
IN EIGHT DAYS
 With
only eight days remaining before her eldest daughter, Gladys,
turned 21, Mrs. Norita Francisco was already resigned to the possibility
that Gladys would not make it to the U.S. before her 21st birthday.
Her hopes of being reunited with Gladys after 16 years of separation
