We offer legal consultations either in person or by telephone. During the initial consultation, you will be speaking with, and have your case analyzed by, an attorney (not a paralegal or consultant).

The attorney will listen to your concerns, analyze your problems, and explain the options available to you, including the advantages and disadvantages of each option. Also during the initial consultation, the attorney will explain the nature of the legal services to be provided, and a representative from our Pricing Department will explain the bases for the legal fees and costs and the manner of payment or monthly payment plan.

This is a one-time consultation for the specific question or problem of the person seeking the consultation, based on existing facts and law. If later on, there are new or additional problems or issues with respect to the person, or future changes or differences in law or facts, or questions about another person's case or situation, then a new consultation (and new consultation fee) will be required. The charge for the initial legal consultation is $300.
