A Green Card Through Citizen Pinoy! After 15 years of separation, Blessie (2nd from left) is finally reunited with oldest child Errol (3rd from left). When the Embassy refused Errol’s visa because he aged out, Blessie went to Citizen Pinoy’s New York taping and asked about the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) and her son’s situation. Attorney Gurfinkel then convinced the Embassy to reconsider, and within two months, the Embassy issued Errol’s visa under the CSPA.
