It was a match made in heaven, and what started as a trip for Krissy to explore her options of pursuing further studies in the U.S., ended up in marriage to U.S. citizen Thomas, and the chance to legally stay in the U.S. But soon, the marriage turned sour, and Krissy had to do something fast to save her green card status and sanity.
