REDWOOD CITY, Calif. -- CITIZEN PINOY hosts Atty. Guingona, Gel Santos-Relos and leading immigration attorney Michael J. Gurfinkel sit down with celebrity couple William Martinez and Yayo Aguila to discuss the couple's concern if they can "reclaim" their green cards. Years ago, Yayo had her green card, but did not pursue it, since life in the Philippines was fine & dandy. Now, the couple and their family are considering the benefits and opportunities of life in the US and are interested to know if the "surrendered" green cards can still be reclaimed.
On " CP House Calls ," Atty. Guingona meets Morris Tuazon who has been denied several times in his attempt to get a visa to work as a teacher in the US.
And on "Michael Matters," Atty. Gurfinkel provides relevant information and advice on another immigration issue that many can benefit from.
