Faster Ways to Immigrate to U.S. on CITIZEN PINOY

ACCELERATED GREEN CARD .   Judith Fischer (3 rd from left) got an "accelerated" green card through marriage, not to an American citizen but to a German immigrant, Klaus Fischer (extreme left). Learn how Judith did it by joining CITIZEN PINOY hosts Gel Santos-Relos and leading immigration Attorney Michael J. Gurfinkel (shown above with the Fischers), along with Daly City Mayor Mike Guingona, this Sunday/April 23, 4:30 p.m . on TFC, with replays every Monday at 3:30 a.m., and on ANC-USA every Friday at 8:00 p.m. (all Pacific Standard Time).

REDWOOD CITY, Ca. - On the next episode of CITIZEN PINOY , leading immigration attorney Michael J. Gurfinkel, Gel Santos-Relos and Daly City, California Mayor Atty. Mike Guingona welcome Judith Fischer, a woman who got her "accelerated" green card through marriage, but not with an American citizen.

Atty. Gurfinkel and company discuss how Judith was able to get her green card years ahead of schedule by marrying her husband who is not a U.S. citizen, but a German immigrant.   In fact, the husband was a "derivative" family member under Judith's petition.   And the petition was filed by her parent, where the normal waiting time could be up to 15 years!

On CP HOUSE CALLS , Mike Guingona talks with a woman who is trying to find a way to get a green card, after leaving her abusive American husband.

On MICHAEL MATTERS , Atty. Gurfinkel discusses how to bring over your "yaya" (nanny) to America.

All that and more when ABS-CBN International and TFC bring you Atty. Michael J. Gurfinkel, Gel Santos-Relos, and Atty. Mike Guingona on   an all new episode of CITIZEN PINOY -- Your Passport to Immigration Information.
