WOWOWEE Goes To NYC!!!

Kapamilyas of ABS-CBN International and The Filipino Channel (TFC) will definitely go "wowowee!!!" to celebrate their joy and thrill over the fun fact that the main man of one of their favorite and top-rating shows in the Philippines will be flying over to the Big Apple to deliver absolute entertainment to the huge crowd bound to gather at Flushing Meadows in Queens, New York this Saturday, Oct 22.

Live wire entertainer and host of Wowowee -- Willie Revillame , together with Wowowee girls Iya Villania, Kat Alano and Janelle --- will bring fun and fortune to viewers and TFC fans through this grand, special edition of "WOWOWEE" --the number one noontime family game show in the hearts of Filipinos all over the world!

After much speculation if "Wowowee" in New York would push through, Revillame has finally announced on his show that his entertainer visa had been issued by the US Embassy in Manila.   Indeed, he is grateful to Atty. Michael J. Gurfinkel who provided such invaluable help and support in expediting his visa to be able to perform in the US.   And surely, his thousands of supporters all over North America, especially in the East Coast, are ecstatic and looking forward to seeing the much-loved family game show in New York.

Contestants for the "Pera o Bayong" contest have been drawn from all TFC Kapamilya Circle members, TFCD subscribers and TFC Cable subscribers as of Oct 1, 2005 who have faxed their latest TFCD or TFC Cable subscription bill   to the ABS-CBN office in Burlingame by Oct 19.   ABS-CBN shall announce the names of the participants at 11:30 a.m. this Saturday, Oct 22 at the "Wowowee" venue.   Presence is required during the announcement of the participants' names.   Participants will be given 20 minutes to show their presence at the venue.   No representation or substitution will be allowed.
