Why?   As a celebrated member of the "gossip" circles, she has been charged a total of 18 cases, all of which were logged with the Philippines' National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).    Just getting NBI clearances alone would be tough, how much more obtaining a visa from the U.S. Embassy, Manila.
