Ours is a sacred mission.
We should not view our job as simply practicing
immigration law. What we do affects the most important things
in our clients' lives: their families and their future in America.
We should always understand and have
compassion for our client's situation.
Many of our clients came to America with the
hope and dream of living in America with their families. Some
have been separated from their children for many years, and wonder
when they will ever see their children again. Others have lost
almost all hope, and are just about to give up and return to their
home country. They have come to us for help, and we must extend
our hand.
We must help our clients resolve their
past mistakes.
Many of our clients made misrepresentations
in order to enter America, or had been tricked into applying for
immigration benefits to which they were not entitled. We should
never judge our clients for their past; we must help them, for
a better future.
We must always put our client's interests
first.
We should never make any recommendations based
solely on what can earn us the most money. When offering advice
or services, our only consideration should be what is best for
the client.
We must always keep our clients informed
about their cases.
It is our clients' absolute right to be kept
informed about their cases. We must return their phone calls within
24 hours, and keep them constantly informed about the status of
their cases.
Clients should never be taken for granted.
Clients are the reason we are able to stay
in business. We must work hard to earn their trust, because the
"best business card" is a satisfied client. If they
are happy with our services, they will refer family and friends
to us. So, it is in our best interest to work hard for, and fully
satisfy, our clients. Treat them like family!
