Consultations
All consultations will be done by appointment only, and you will
be speaking with an attorney. During the initial consultation,
the attorney will listen to the client's problems and concerns,
explain the options available to the client, including the advantages
and disadvantages of each option, and, with the concurrence of
the client, lay down the strategies for the client's case. Also
during the initial consultation, the nature of the legal services
to be provided, and the basis for the legal fees and costs shall
be explained. The charge for the initial consultation is $300.
Out-of-town, out-of-state, or out-of-U.S. clients
may arrange for consultation by telephone. For the client's convenience,
subsequent correspondences will be done by telephone, fax, mail,
or by courier service, where necessary.
