We offer legal consultations via in person or by telephone. During
the initial consultation, you will be speaking with, and have your
case analyzed by, an attorney (not a paralegal or consultant). During
the initial consultation, the attorney will listen to and analyze
the person's problems and concerns,
explain the options available to the person, including the advantages
and disadvantages of each option, and with the concurrence or
agreement of the person, lay down the strategies for the person's
case. Also, during the initial consultation, the nature of the
legal services to be provided, and the bases for the legal fees
and costs, will be fully explained.
This is a one-time
consultation and is limited to the specific question
or problem for the particular person set forth herein, based on
existing facts and law. If there are new or additional problems
or issues with respect to the person, or future changes or differences
in law or facts, then a new consultation (and new consultation
fee) will be required.
NOTE: Please do not send us the originals of your documents, as
they will not be returned to you. Send us photocopies, unless
we specifically request for the original. You should always retain
a copy for yourself (i.e. do not send your only copy of any document).
Effective January 1, 2008, the charge for the initial consultation in the U.S. (whether In-person or Phone Consultation) is $300 (payable by cash, cashier's check, money order, pay pal or credit card. Personal Checks are not accepted) which is non-refundable.
